ME & '5 ELEMENT' YOGA......
My unique ‘5 Element Yoga’ teaching style is the passionate distillation of 25 years of Yoga
practice & Eastern study. I have been instructed by acclaimed Yoga elders & teachers, combine
this learning with 3 years training in Traditional Chinese Medicine & 12 years
experience in my healing clinical practice as a Shiatsu bodywork therapist.
By drawing from traditional Yogic principal, Chinese Meridian Therapy, '5 Element' Theory,
Chakra energetics, Vipassana Meditation.... & the healing power of breathwork,
I carefully offer clients the individual changes they seek.
I am a certified, insured & affiliated Yoga teacher, meditation instructor & nutritional & well-being therapist.
My Yoga style groups & links postures into flowing sequences to best explore our bodies different physical & emotional, energetic & seasonal needs. Practising '5 Element Yoga' enables us to identify our individual common held imbalances, whilst delivering tools which aid anxiety & manage stress.

BEGINNING YOUR YOGA JOURNEY HERE!....
My 6 week EsmeYoga beginners course is designed for ALL Yoga newbies, no matter age, ability, previous health, experience or fitness history. Everyone is unique & special, each with personal strengths, each with weaknesses! We ALL start at the beginning, & from that place change begins!
This inclusive Beginners Course was written FOR YOU. Each student recieves 1:1 mentoring throughout.
Plus there's a WhatsApp group for sharing & supporting wider thoughts, links, videos & other learning tools.
Class note taking & a Yoga diary is suggested. Reading, relevant links & homework is offered, & self practice is encouraged. Classes are limited to 6/7 attendees, maintaining intimacy & peer support. As we begin our Yoga journey, you WILL surpass personal expectations & any self doubt you may have!
Each student is provided with mats, blocks, straps, cushions & any other supports, as necessary & an ESMEYOGA certificate of graduation is awarded to each Yogi on completion!!

Ignored, this can affect physical & mental health. Making time for self can seem like a challenge, BUT practicing Yoga creates a happier, healthier & more effective you!

In Yoga, we work physically, in tune with our breath, we slow to a pace that eases the body toward change without 'pushing'. We target areas of tension, immobility or pain. Introducing certain exercises can free up emotion, building strength, flexibility & improved inner & external balance.
